Ginnie McCorkle brings more than 20 years of real estate investing experience to Kobalt Investment Company as CFO and partner. Prior to Kobalt, Ginnie oversaw capital markets, transaction management, asset management and investor relations. Ginnie has worked in all areas of commercial real estate from accounting and property management to leasing and finance. She utilizes her deep working knowledge of commercial real estate to provide meaningful and thorough analyses to Kobalt, its lenders, and investors. Ginnie has a master’s degree in econometrics from Southern Methodist University and enjoys traveling with her husband and two kids.
